Industry analysts can influence major IT purchasing decisions, making it critical for our clients to maintain regular communication with key industry analysts to stay “on the radar screen” and to get into the right quadrant. Analysts also play a key role with the media, providing critical outside validation and market commentary. Schwartz Communications works aggressively with the IT, technology and healthcare communities to help clients develop and strengthen ties with key influencers and to leverage these relationships to secure references and quotes for the media and other key audiences.
In order to accomplish this, several members of the team are charged with identifying and maintaining regular communication with key contacts at major firms such as Gartner, Forrester Research, IDC and Yankee Group. In addition, the team members pursue influencers and thought leaders at boutique firms, consultancies, newsletters and blogs.
Schwartz secures meetings with these contacts around major news and strategy developments and prepares clients for these briefings with guidance on messaging and presentation content. In addition, Schwartz maintains ongoing contact with regular email update memos to all relevant analysts with technology, product and customer updates from the client.
Services available in addition to and outside the monthly fee include creating presentations for use with industry analysts and preparing detailed scripts for use in analyst meetings.
